In line with the decision adopted by the company's board of directors, as of 15/07/2016, we are open to requests by legal entities active in the field of oil and gas, for the grant of agency and sales representative status; this applies to legal entities in Asia, Europe, and America. Applicants should fulfill the following criteria:

• It should be a registered company, with company's documents verified and confirmed by its respective country's chamber of commerce and by Iranian consulate there
• It should have a proper office building
• Be ready to sign an agency contract
• Be able to provide authentic bank guarantee

Grant of contract code to land/sea/air/railway transport subcontractors

In line with the decision adopted by the company's board of directors on hiring land/sea subcontractors and granting them contract code, it is hereby announced that land/sea/railway subcontractors which are capable of rendering quality services in port-to-port or door-to-door transportation of light and heavy petroleum products can apply for contract code and, if granted, enjoy benefits such as immediate payment of contract prices (according to the tariffs and after good performance is confirmed by the principal). Applicants should submit their resume and other related documents when applying.

As related to sea freight contracts, reputable trade or freight companies who operate large, high tonnage vessels can submit their documents and apply for and obtain a marine contract code and enjoy benefits such as immediate payment of contract prices. Subject to the satisfaction of the principal, any freight contract could be extended or renewed repeatedly.

Goods and services insurance agreements

To insure goods and services outside Iran, our company hereby invites reputable international insurance firms to step forward and offer their list of insurance services and negotiate insurance policy contracts with us. Insurance contracts may be signed if there is agreement on conditions and premium.
